Shipping policy
At Master Set Collectibles, we work hard to get your collectibles to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the details below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and related responsibilities.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (new releases, holidays), processing may take longer — we’ll update you if delays occur.
Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and value of the order.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and can be used to monitor your package’s progress.

High-value orders may require signature confirmation for added security.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, Master Set Collectibles is not responsible for theft, loss, or delays. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

If a package is lost in transit and never shows as delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. As the shipper of record, we will file a claim with the carrier and provide updates as soon as the claim is resolved.
Damaged Packages

If your item arrives severely damaged or with broken factory seals, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos or video of the packaging and item to support your claim.

Approved damaged items will be replaced or refunded according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be replaced.
Recommendations for Customers

For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening all packages to document the condition of sealed items. This can be used as evidence if an issue arises.
