All sales are final.

What We Do Not Accept

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind”)
• Refunds based on card pulls or sealed product contents
• Returns on opened products (booster packs, boxes, tins)
• Refunds beyond 7 days of confirmed delivery

Exceptions

Refunds, replacements, or store credit are only available if:

1. Incorrect Item Shipped – You received a different product than ordered
2. Damaged on Arrival – Factory seal broken or severe shipping damage

Recommendation: Record a video while opening packages to document condition.

How to Request

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide order number, description of issue, and photos/video of packaging and item
• Requests after 7 days or without proof will not be eligible

Processing & Responsibility

• Approved refunds/replacements processed within 5–7 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Once a package is scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or delays
• Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders

Processing Time

• Orders processed within 1–3 business days after payment
• Weekend/holiday orders processed next business day
• High-volume periods may extend processing; customers will be notified

Carriers & Tracking

• USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size/value
• Tracking provided for all orders
• High-value orders may require signature confirmation

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once scanned as delivered, we are not responsible
• If a package is lost in transit (never delivered), contact us within 7 days of expected delivery; we will file a carrier claim and update you

Damaged Packages

• Contact us within 7 days if product arrives damaged or seal broken
• Provide photos/video
• Approved items handled per Refund & Return Policy
