Refund policy

At Master Set Collectibles, all sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, our refund and return policy is strict to ensure product integrity and fairness.


What We Do Not Accept

  • No refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind” or “don’t want it anymore”).

  • No refunds based on card pull rates or the contents of sealed products.

  • No returns on any opened product (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.).

  • No refunds beyond 7 days of confirmed delivery.


What We Will Accept (Exceptions)

We will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit only if:

  1. Incorrect Item Shipped – You received a different product than what was ordered.

  2. Damaged on Arrival – The product arrives with severe shipping damage or broken factory seals that compromise its integrity.

Important: We strongly recommend that you record a video while opening all packages. This provides proof of the condition of the item and packaging in case an exception needs to be claimed.


How to Request a Refund / Replacement

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the sealed item, packaging, and shipping box.

  • Requests submitted after 7 days or without sufficient proof will not be eligible.


Refund Processing

  • If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Responsibility

  • Once a package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, theft, or loss. Customers should contact the carrier for delivery issues.

  • Signature confirmation may be required on high-value orders to help prevent fraud.
